Juicing the Hurts
Mood:  special
Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Psalm 56:8

S.

Psalm 56:8

You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book?

tears=juice, essence, spirit....produced by squeezing

bottle=a 'containter' for holding liquid and made of skin (the human body)

book=to remember, recount, enumerate

O.

God keeps an account of our 'waverings'...the times we had compassion and pity on others and the times we didn't. Our 'tears of compassion' come from our 'hurts' inside. These 'hurts' are squeezed out of our spirit, when we have compassion on someone, and become a new part of our spiritual character; a new attribute/trait for our spirit. These 'hurts' are the 'juice' of a new spiritual character trait, adding to our spirit more goodness and righteousness. These spiritual traits are placed into our human body (God's 'bottle made of skin'). God then writes them on His memory...in His 'book'...so that there is evidence of our 'deed of compassion'. (I'm thinking this is 'evidence' for us when the 'Accuser/Satan' comes against us with accusations)

A.

I love this thought; God uses my hurtings to give me new spiritual traits and new personal character features! What remains of my hurtings (the juice) is turned into something that ADDS to my spiritual character. Then God uses these  as evidence against the Accuser! God uses my 'hurtings' in so many ways! He has a plan for my total life...each and every step I take is used to bring me into a life like Jesus'. Each pace I take is used to bring my transformation into who Jesus is.

WOW! What a God I have!

P.

Father, how amazing Your plan is for each of our lives. Give each Believer eyes to see and understand the WHY'S of each hurt, Father. Help us to know Your evidence from these hurts...that we would SEE them as evidence and NOT as hurts. Build my character and understanding, Lord, on the juice of all my hurts!...and THANK YOU!

JESUS: Our Circle of Life
Mood:  lyrical
Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Matthew 26:32

S.

 Matthew 26:32

"But after I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee".(circle, circuit, revolution)

O.

Jesus tells us that after His Spirit had been awakened, and his Spirit made alive without His earthly body, that He would precede us and lead us forward into 'Galilee'; the eternal place of a complete 360 degree turning back to what was our original state before the fall of man.

Galilee=circuit, revolving, circle.

CIRCUIT:. A path or route the complete traversal of which without local change of direction requires returning to the starting point.

REVOLUTION: the act of revolving or turning completely around, so as to bring every point of the turning body back to its first position; a complete rotation through 360 degrees.

A turning or rotational motion about an axis. (The AXIS= Jesus)

CIRCLE: Symbol of never ending, eternal.

A.

Following Jesus and His Spirit leads me back to the start...the original position of which man was created to have a relatonship with God. I follow Jesus to 'Galilee', the eternal place that circles around His life and His freedom and leads me right to the place and time of the original creation of man...right back to walking with God in the Garden of Eden. I am to revolve around HIM! Wherever I journey to in this life, I am ALWAYS to return to HIM...for He is the STARTING LINE and the FINISH LINE of life itself...the ALPHA AND THE OMEGA...the BEGINNING AND THE ENDING to Life itself!

P.

Father, I thank You again for Your Son! Thank You that He is the CIRCLE OF LIFE! I want to always be in Your circle, Father! From start to finish...for eternity....to be in an intimate relationship with YOU!

We are GOLD FOR GOD!
Mood:  amorous
Now Playing: Umma23

S. Matthew 24:2 (NKJ) And Jesus said to them, Do you not see all these things? (the Temple buildings) Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

O.

Do you not have the power inside of yourself to understand or comprehend that the place that God 's presence dwells is in you? I'm telling you now in spoken words...not even the position you have, the position in which I have surrounded You, won't be permitted to stay in that same position. Your character will be disolved and brought to nothing; overthrown and humbled.

A.

Anyone who takes the position in Jesus, has a character change. When we position ourselves in a 'salvation-position', we can not stay the same. Jesus takes over, changing us to HIS character. We are positioned BETWEEN the 'Stone'. We are like the 'space' that is between the stones that were used to build the Temple...crushed and presured to stay in place in order to build the WHOLE church. We cannot stay the same but need to be transformed/crushed into the same character as Jesus.

My husband studies all Jewish teachings. In his studies he was telling me that the Temple was distroyed by the Romans after Jesus had said, "Not one stone will be left standing in the Temple". The Romans burned the Temple, causing all the gold that lined the walls and etc. to melt and ooze between the stones. In order to get to the gold, the Romans had to 'tear down the walls' and 'leave nothing standing'.

This is exactly how WE are built into God's Temple. We have to be 'burned' in order to get all impurities out....as in purging gold. The 'gold' is then extracted out of our flesh...the crushing done by our day to day lives in order that we could become pure for God. Each of us has to be 'crushed' in order for the 'gold' to be extracted. And what is the coolest thing about all of this is that God cares enough about us to GET THAT GOLD OUT...each one of us hold GOLD!

In our characters, we hold gold. That gold is what keeps us in intimacy with God. Jesus puts that gold inside of us, to be extracted as we go through our lives. It hurts, yes, but it brings us closer to God; the way He created us to be in the first place...as GOLD FOR GOD!

P.

Father, I pray that Your Son would change my character into His gold for YOU! I want Your presence inside of me, day by day. I want to be the golden Temple that holds You, Father...and reveals to the world all of Your beauty!

Am I a Sheep or a Goat?
Mood:  quizzical
Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Matthew 24:32,33

S. Matthew 25: 32,33 (NKJ)

All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.

O.

Jesus will collect all the Non-Jews (Gentiles), and He will set apart for a purpose each one, as different, just as a shepherd sets apart for a purpose, specifically for completion, the ones with a superior 'walk of life' and are 'out in front' (the sheep) from the ones that are 'marked by human works and pride'(the goats).

Jesus will establish the ones that are 'out in front' in their 'walk of life' to receive honor and authority. (the sheep)

But those who are 'marked by human works and pride' will be revealed by their name and character...what is thought of when their name is spoken...in order to understand their true identity. (that they are of human-character and not of a godly-character).

A.

Do I go through my life showing 'supernatural strength and character' as a godly woman? Do I walk through this life as a 'chosen sheep'? Or do I live my life as a goat...a 'do it myself' kind of woman. Do I allow Jesus to lead me, or do I try to 'do it myself'? Jesus will put me to His right or His left...to the place of honor and authority or to the place of being known as 'merely human without God'...chosen by the way I live my life.

P.

Father, help me to follow Jesus in my walk of life, showing Him as my Leader and not myself as leader. Help me to show YOU in all that I do and in how I live my life. Help me to live under the name and character of Jesus!

An Empty House, Until.....
Mood:  incredulous
Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Matthew 23:38,39

S.

Matthew 23:38,39 (NKJ)  See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!

O.

LOOK! You, as the place that holds My presence, are allowed to be lonely, uninhabited and wasted. For I, Jesus Christ, am telling you that you won't discover or understand Me and who I am until you know in your mind and heart that I am to be celebrated in praises and am favored by God. When you know in your mind and heart that I hold all the charactistics and authority of God, then you will know ME!

A.

I was a wasted, lonely person...my spirit and soul was empty...until I KNEW who Jesus Christ was in my heart and my mind. When I knew with understanding that Jesus IS God, and holds the authority and characteristics of God and then spoke these understandings outloud...gave my thoughts a voice...then He came and filled my empty spirit and soul. He came to live inside of me and to change me from the inside-out in order to please His Father, and my Father....God, so that I could have a personal relationship with the Creator of the Universe!

P.

Thank You, Father, for sending Your Son, to bring me into knowing You! Thank You, Jesus, that because of You and all You did for me, I can know who YOU are...You are GOD! I am so glad that I know God because of YOU, Jesus!

Hitch-hiker or Free-Rider
Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Psalm 20:7,8

S.

Psalm 20:7,8 (NKJ) Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.

They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright.

O.

Some trust in 'riding on the backs of others' while they fight. Some trust in those same 'horses' for their ability and speed. But we call to mind the reputation and character of the Lord our God! They have sunk lower and failed. But we become powerful and endure to the point of being restored like new, that we may testify of our God.

A.

I can not trust in the doctrine that someone else believes in, just by hear-say. I can't ride on their 'horse' or trust in their 'horse'. I have to know for myself what the Truth is and trust in that Truth, personally. I can not get through this life on the beliefs (horse) of others. I have to have my own knowledge of what truth is; my own personal wisdom and revelation of what God is to me.

Those who trust and rely on the 'horse/beliefs' of others and ride on their 'backs/beliefs' don't know the 'horse/belief' for their selves. They are relying on the person who knows that 'horse/belief' to get them where they want to go. Riding THE OTHER'S beliefs for what THEY know will only cause that 'hitchhiker' to fail in life. There is not PERSONAL knowledge and they can never stand alone. But those who know their 'horse/beliefs' personally will be completed (restored like new) and be able to show and tell others what God has done for them, personally.

P.

Father, I want to know all about You and what You stand for. Teach me to ride my own horse, Lord. Teach me personally, so that I can be completed and testify about You!

MIND-SALVE
Mood:  incredulous
Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Matthew 21:12

S.

Matthew 21:12 Then Jesus went (#G1525 "of thoughts that come into the mind ") into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers (outside influences) and the seats (immovable) of those who sold doves. (spirit)

O.

Jesus enters into the thoughts that come into our minds (the place of thinking that is set apart only for Him...a 'set apart' and sacred place; His Temple) and He banishes and expels, by force, the thoughts that we have 'bought into' and 'bartered' for, exchanging the Truth for what is false. Here, He 'changes our mind' and changes the way we had desired to walk through this life. Here He uproots the influence of the 'moneychangers' that tried to sell us what 'felt good' in our comprehension of life. Here He reveals the Truth so we can see and understand it clearly. The 'moneychangers', the outside/fleshly influences in our lives, had tried to sell us another 'spirit/soul' than Holy Spirit had for us. But Jesus reveals to our mind about the Truth of Spirit. We come into true understanding about walking through this life with what is real. Jesus has changed our thinking to HIS thinking...HIGHER THINKING! And TRUE THOUGHTS! We now understand about His Spirit (Dove) and how Holy Spirit effects our life. We SEE clearly in our mind.

A.

Many times I've 'bought into' the thoughts of outside influences, trading lies for Truth. But Jesus uproots those false thoughts for me when I think on Higher Things! When I dedicate my thinking as a 'consecrated and set apart place' (Temple) ONLY to HIS teachings and HIS way of thinking, then those lies are dispelled and shown to me clearly for what they are; LIES! Jesus then gives me clear understanding of what is true, trustworthy and reliable; the Truth of His Spirit! The mind is the soul. And my mind needs to CLEAVE to HIS! This gives my mind 'eyesalve' ('Money changers' #G2854) that of which the 'money changers' (outside influences) have tried to sell me the FALSE version. But Jesus has the TRUE version of 'mind-eyeslave' and clears up my understanding and what I can truly cling to in my mind as Truth!

P.

Jesus, I'd like to buy YOUR 'mind-salve'. I'll trade my thoughts for YOURS! I'll trade the lies I've believed in for Your truth! Thank You for Your Truth, Lord! Smother my mind with Your Truth....Your 'mind-salve'! And Thank You for healing my mind, Lord. You thought of everything! (little pun there, Lord...)

Keeping Close

Now Playing: Umma23
Topic: Psalm 2:12

S.

Psalm 2:12 (NKJ) Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

O.

In order to keep from displeasing Jesus and getting lost and giving up in this 'course of life' (all the 'bending and pressing'), I am to bind myself, decorate myself, ignite and inflame myself and make myself perminatedly attatched to Him so that He doesn't become a little unreceptive to me. I will lose my way and not progress forward in my 'walk of life' with Him if I don't trust, confide, seek refuge and hope in Him.

A.

In trusting Jesus and seeking refuge and hope in Him, I become ATTATCHED to Him. Attatching to Jesus as my Guide through this course of life is the only way not to get lost in this life. He shows me the way to go and ignites the passion I need to stay on that path. With Him beside me, I can't go wrong. But it's all in being ATTATCHED to and INTIMATE with Him.

P.

Jesus, keep close to me. Kiss me and keep close to me, Lord.

S.

Psalm 106:4,5 (NKJ) Remember me, O Lord, with the favor You have toward Your people. Oh, visit me with Your salvation,That I may see the benefit of Your chosen ones, That I may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation, That I may glory with Your inheritance.

O,

Oh Lord, MARK me so that You can recognize and be mindful of me. MARK me with Your goodwill, Your delight, Your desires that You have for Your flocks. Oh, care for me, pay attention to me, attend me, Lord, with Your freedom and safety...Your wellfare, prosperity and victory! Then I will perceive and discern Your bounty of those You have selected. And I will have joy and gladness in the gaeity and mirthe of the foreign nations...the Gentiles. I will make a show and boast with Your occupation in me as my Inheritance and as my Possession.

A.

Because I have been chosen by God for His inheritance, I can boast that He lives inside of me. He MARKS me with His delight and His will. He MARKS me with His will for me, as He does all of His chosen people. I can then show this joy and gladness to all Unbelievers, that they will see God's inheritance is IN me...HIS JOY and HIS FREEDOM! Because I shine out in His joy, He remembers me...the MARK of rememberance to Him is His joy and His goodwill ON me!

P.

Your prosperity, Oh God, is MORE than riches! Your propserity is being MARKED with Your will for me so that I may shine out in joy for You! Mark me, Lord! MARK ALL OF ME so I will shine for You!

A Pliable Heart is God's Home
Mood:  crushed out

Topic: Psalm 132:6,7

S.

Psalm 132:6,7 (NKJ)  Behold, we heard of it in Ephrathah; We found it in the fields of the woods. Let us go into His tabernacle; Let us worship at His footstool.

O.

LISTEN! We heard of the Tabernacle, the Dwelling Place for the Mighty One of Jacob, in the place of fruitfulness, where fruit is grown and flourishes.

We attained 'the Dwelling Place of God' in the cultivated field...the place prepared for seed. We attained God's Dwelling place in our softened and pliable heart, that is thickened with lush growth, a condition that is fresh and flourishing.

Enter into these 'wooden walls'/the habitation of God within the human life/the Tabernacle.

Let us humbly beseech God to be able to endure life's journey.

A.

The soft and pliable heart is where God can live. A place inside of us that is flourishing with growth and prosperity. A heart that has been broken and is acceptable to God's help is where God can flourish. I have that heart. With a heart recently broken, I ask God to dwell there...fill me up with His wisdom and compassion. In that place, my God can flourish and grow within me. I will humbly beseech Him so that I will be able to endure the rest of this little life. I can not walk on this life's journey without Him, for He IS life!

P.

Father, only YOU know my heart. Broken and hurting, only YOU can turn that into life. I ask for YOUR life, Father...and all that comes with that life. Grow big in me, Lord! Flourish inside of me. Make my heart Your dwelling place!
