Romans 2:29 (AMP) But he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and [true] circumcision is of the heart, a spiritual and not a literal [matter]. His praise is not from men but from God.

A 'Jew' is one who has an 'opened hand of power, means and direction'..in other words, one whose power, means and direction is surrendered. (From Stongs & Brown, Driver, Briggs Greek and Hebrew Dictionaries...the 'rabbit trail' that led me to the meaning of the word "Jew"=G2453, G2448, H3063, H3064, H3034, H3027)
So, the one whose 'power, means and direction is in a hidden instrumental,fixed position of surrender...in his soul, mind, will and character...and whose position of commendation is not by the learning of a human being, but from God...IS God's 'chosen'...IS God's Jew...IS from God's Chosen people!

When searching about the meaning of this scripture, I searched out the word 'Jew' as far back as the meanings would take me. It says that a human being whose heart, will, character and mind are surrendered to God...THAT is a JEW! I am a JEW, YOU are a Jew...all who hold God in there hearts and are surrendered to God are a Jew! WE are God's chosen people...WE are God's Jews!
