Psalm 132:6,7 (NKJ) Behold, we heard of it in Ephrathah; We found it in the fields of the woods. Let us go into His tabernacle; Let us worship at His footstool.
O.
LISTEN! We heard of the Tabernacle, the Dwelling Place for the Mighty One of Jacob, in the place of fruitfulness, where fruit is grown and flourishes.
We attained 'the Dwelling Place of God' in the cultivated field...the place prepared for seed. We attained God's Dwelling place in our softened and pliable heart, that is thickened with lush growth, a condition that is fresh and flourishing.
Enter into these 'wooden walls'/the habitation of God within the human life/the Tabernacle.
Let us humbly beseech God to be able to endure life's journey.
A.
The soft and pliable heart is where God can live. A place inside of us that is flourishing with growth and prosperity. A heart that has been broken and is acceptable to God's help is where God can flourish. I have that heart. With a heart recently broken, I ask God to dwell there...fill me up with His wisdom and compassion. In that place, my God can flourish and grow within me. I will humbly beseech Him so that I will be able to endure the rest of this little life. I can not walk on this life's journey without Him, for He IS life!
P.
Father, only YOU know my heart. Broken and hurting, only YOU can turn that into life. I ask for YOUR life, Father...and all that comes with that life. Grow big in me, Lord! Flourish inside of me. Make my heart Your dwelling place!
