THE SEARCH FOR PURE WATER

Exodus 7:20, 22, 24 (AMP) …[Aaron] lifted up the rod and smote the waters in the river in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, and all the waters in the river were turned to blood. (to die/perish)
22 But the magicians of Egypt did the same by their enchantments and secret arts;
24 And all the Egyptians dug round about the river for water to drink, for they could not drink the water of the [Nile].
(Nile='the waters whose source is hidden'; 'the abyss of waters'; 'The Black River')

The Egyptians believed Pharaoh's 'sorcerers and magicians' could do all that Moses' God could do. The 'magicians' (Satan's co-horts) and Moses' God (Jehovah) BOTH put death in the 'water'.
The Egyptians now 'searched' for pure water so they could live.
Where did they search?
In the only places they knew...within their own boarders where God's Truth didn't dwell.
The TRUE WATER (the True Spirit, the True Word) wasn't even found there, but they BELIEVED it did because Satan used a 'shadow' to mimic the truth and fool the Egyptians.
A.
Just like Pharaoh's magicians and sorcerers who could do the same miracles as Moses and Aaron, Satan can make us believe he has the power to ‘refresh our spirits' with his ‘water’ (i.e. New Age, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc.). But there is only ONE TRUE SOURCE of pure ‘water’!
"Choose today whom you will serve!"
I keep hearing this as I am searching for the PURE water to refresh and fulfill my spirit’s lacking.
It's a matter of choosing the right source of 'water' and finding out WHERE that source comes from; Truth or a shadow of Truth.
This is likened to the thousands of satellites in the sky, beaming down their many 'beams'. I must CHOOSE the One and Only Satellite that can bring TRUTH and then focus ONLY on THIS BEAM OF LIGHT! Only the 'Satellite of Truth' can bring my spirit the contentment and fulfillment that I am searching for.

Keep me ever focused on just You, the One and Only Truth! I pray for quick discernment in knowing fake shadows from Your Truth! And THANK YOU for this HUGE revelation in my life, Sweet Jesus! You amaze me by Your love!
